Orthodontics — Braces & Aligners

Straightening teeth is a gradual, monitored process. Here's what the journey looks like from first consultation to the retainer you'll wear afterward, led by Dr. Amrita Pritam, our specialist orthodontist.

What this includes

Three ways to straighten your smile.

Close-up of traditional metal braces brackets and wire on teeth

Metal Braces

The tried-and-tested option — strong, reliable brackets and wires that handle even complex bite corrections affordably.

Ceramic Braces

Tooth-coloured brackets that work like metal braces but blend in with your teeth, so they're far less noticeable.

Invisible Braces

Clear, removable aligners that gradually shift teeth into place — nearly unnoticeable and easy to keep clean.

What to expect

How the process works.

01

Assessment

Photographs, X-rays, and a careful look at your bite and alignment to understand exactly what needs correcting.

02

Choosing your appliance

Metal, ceramic, self-ligating braces, or clear aligners (including Invisalign) — we'll walk through the trade-offs so you can choose what suits your life.

03

Fitting

Your braces are bonded, or your first set of aligners is issued, along with clear instructions for the weeks ahead.

04

Regular adjustments

Visits roughly every 4–6 weeks to tighten wires or move to the next aligner stage, tracking progress against your plan.

05

Retention

Once treatment is complete, a retainer keeps teeth in their new position — this phase matters as much as the active treatment itself.
